My Sunrise Immunity Smoothie!

With the arrival of cooler weather and the changing of leaves, I recognize that it's time to bring out my blender to prepare my fantastic Immunity smoothie. This smoothie is a fantastic source of Vitamin C and an excellent way to help ward off seasonal colds. This recipe features a blend of high-quality organic ingredients carefully selected for a harmonious balance of flavors. Each element works in synergy to deliver a fresh and invigorating culinary experience that will leave you craving more.






Ingredients :

Adjust the measurements to your preferred size

  • 1 whole carrot

  • 1 whole organic gala apple

  • 1.1 tablespoons of organic ginger

  • 1 cup of frozen mango

  • 1 tablespoon of organic honey

  • 3 ice cubes

  • 1 cup of hand squeezed orange juice
